The Role

As our Tennessee On-Premise Manager, you'll be our brand ambassador to the state's hospitality industry. You'll forge strong relationships with key decision-makers, curate exciting beverage programs featuring Spirited Hive, and drive sales growth within this exciting channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with key on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, hip eateries), distributors, and internal Spirited Hive teams.
  • Brand Strategist: Drive Spirited Hive's on-premise strategy, identifying business opportunities and crafting targeted plans to boost sales, distribution, and revenue.
  • Product Educator: Conduct engaging samplings, presentations, and educational sessions to showcase our unique products to venue staff and clientele.
  • Program Innovator: Collaborate with buyers and beverage directors to develop beverage programs that attract customers and highlight our cocktails.
  • Market Expert: Become a thought leader in Tennessee's on-premise scene, staying ahead of trends and identifying new opportunities for Spirited Hive.
  • Sales Driver: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to optimize product placement and revenue in your territory.
  • Marketing Partner: Work closely with marketing to create customized on-premise promotions, sales materials, and innovative approaches.
  • Event & Promotion Mastermind: Develop and execute exciting on-premise promotions and events to generate buzz, elevate brand awareness, and encourage trial of Spirited Hive cocktails, ultimately driving off-premise purchases.
  • Data-Driven: Provide timely reports on sales performance and market insights to inform decision-making.
