The hourly range for this role, based in Fort Worth, Texas is $24.00 to $36.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Hourly rates are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Requirements

5+ years of experience at industrial manufacturing facilities

Hands on mechanical and electrical skills

Commercial boiler, chiller, cooling tower, compressor, RO water experience

Processing and Packaging equipment experience

Facilities and grounds equipment experience

Contractor management experience

Budget adherence and analysis experience

Distillery experience a plus

Beverage and Food processing/packaging a plus

Resource Conversation - Energy Conservation a plus

Plant Safety Pillar experience a plus

Continuous Improvement - TPM - Lean Manufacturing experience a plus

Job Description

Hands on maintenance responsibility of the distillery

Daily maintenance and engineering for breakdowns and process improvements, including Root Cause Analysis

PM development and PM ownership for facilities (safety, buildings, permits, equipment)

Maintenance and production employee training for processing and packaging equipment operation and upkeep

Safety training for all plant equipment

Budget adherence for maintenance and engineering, along with analysis for yearly budget development input with Sr. Management

Manage the daily contractor work during Project work

Provide technical insight on all equipment / capital purchases

Lead FAT and floor commissioning of new plant equipment

Advise Sr. Mgt for E&M portion of a 3-year site plan

Build and train new teammates (safety, PM, LOTO, etc.), as future business require

Daily interaction with all departments for plant improvement

Perform other duties and roles as plant optimization requires

Be an ambassador for the brand
