Manager, eCommerce - Omni Channel

This role is responsible for advancing the customer experience, media distribution, business planning and P&L for our omnichannel retail customers. The individual will drive revenue and share growth. They'll own advancing the customer experience through strategic business planning, marketplace execution, digital marketing, merchandising, assortment management, and promotions while managing a budget, maintaining profitability and interfacing with both internal and external customer stakeholders.

Accountabilities & Impact:
  • Collaborate with sales account managers to develop strong customer relationships driving engagement through joint business plans with retailers such as Target, Walmart and Kroger
  • Manage all Partner Commerce solutions across sales, marketing/advertising, commercialization, digital store experience, merchandising, and content mgmt
  • Drive consistent, seamless digital customer experience (e.g., web shop, mobile, online marketing touchpoints)
  • Partner with Digital Center of Excellence ( DCoE ) to leverage digital assets and marketing playbook to execute bespoke solutions for Partner Commerce.
  • Responsible for all back-office aspects incl. Fulfillment, Analytics & Reporting, P&L, Customer Care across all Partner Commerce solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing to develop and maintain a winning eCommerce digital shelf and manage our online retail media campaigns powered through partners such as Criteo, Quotient, and Promote IQ
  • Continuous improvement to maintain and grow portfolio, constantly looking for ROI enhancement, and new ways to grow consumer base & sales

Skills & Experiences Needed:
  • 4-5+ years of e-commerce sales, retail or marketing experience; CPG account management experience preferred with experience in an eCommerce environment and familiarity with retail media platforms/technology strongly preferred; D2C experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of shopper online buying behaviors, market solutions, and digitally influenced sales.
  • Directly leading people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing teams (direct + cross-x), and ability to develop winning culture
  • Demonstrate problem-solving ability, including strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to turn findings into insights and executable plans.
  • Manage end to end e-commerce fulfillment to build up strategy for key marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart and Target etc.
