Manager, Analytics Delivery

As Manager, Analytics Delivery you will be a crucial member of the data leadership team and will be responsible for running our US Commercial D&A Agile Team, serving as Technical Product Owner for the Data needs of our US Commercial business. With your experience in using Agile methodology in delivering data projects, you will work with our key stakeholders on key deliverables.

The role:
  • Identify and translate internal or market opportunities into actionable solutions to achieve objectives and goals, while ensuring alignment with D&A standards and best practices.
  • Ensure constant communication of stakeholder priorities, and execute retros to monitor performance of your pod
  • Manage a team of BI Developers, Analytics and other D&A resources within your pod, including full-timer, contractors, and third-party vendors.

What you will bring:
  • At least 8 years of working with various BI technologies, Data Warehousing & Data Modelling and 3 years in various data leadership roles (architect, lead) as well as management (people, program)
  • Experience working with agile methodology, a Data Governance framework and with various Data Management solutions (Data Quality, MDM, RDM)
  • Advanced SQL experience

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
