CAB Enterprises, Inc (“CAB Enterprises, or the “Company”) is the exclusive sales and customer service Company representing Electrolit in the United States. The primary objective of CAB Enterprises is to lead the growth of Electrolit sales in the United States.

Position Summary
At CAB Enterprises, Inc., we are searching for a dynamic and collaborative individual to bring our marketing campaigns to life through multifaceted POS, merchandising, and retail media plans in the trade marketing space with a focus on small format customers, including convenience, drug, and dollar retailers and who will inspire creativity and optimization of Electrolit’s brand presence at retail. The ideal Small Format Trade Marketing Specialist will have a minimum of four years of experience developing retail programs and ECOMM management. They will be responsible for providing support with fundamental tasks involved in the campaign planning process, from ideation to execution at the retailer or channel level.

Region: Houston, TX – onsite (hybrid)

Principal Duties
  • Support the development of channel specific point of sale for small format customers
  • Develop trade presentations and reporting on trade activation performance for key stakeholders
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of channel strategy for ECOMM and digital shelf assets
  • Lead the development of Electrolit’s visibility strategy for all assigned customers
  • Manage the national warm and cold equipment deployment strategy, and in-store retail media plans for targeted retailers
  • Prepare marketing strategies and support implementing programs for the Electrolit brand
  • Research customer preferences and evaluate product performance to develop effective product and brand position and strategies
  • Partner with sales to ensure that customer targets and product messaging are effective
  • Actively engage with field sales, distributors, and agencies.
  • Provide leadership in the execution of marketing strategy at the retailer level
  • Develop metrics used to conduct an ongoing analysis of the effectiveness and value of marketing programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to distribute effective marketing materials that reflect the Electrolit’s brand and product identity in the Small Format channel
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
  • At least four (4) years of Trade Marketing experience in CPG industry
  • Beverage industry experience is a plus!
  • Experience leading retailer specific trade marketing programs
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the retail landscape
  • Experience managing ecommerce and the digital shelf
  • Strong knowledge of consumer industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills; PowerPoint and Excel

Other Requirements
  • Able and willing to travel (Travel up to 25%)
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
