KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance
- Build strong Customer Relationships
- Bring on new customers
- Present new products and upcoming Marketing & Promotional activity
- Ensure price tickets and any promotional material is visible in-store
- Increase number of SKU’s on shelf
- Optimize shelf positioning & facings to increase brand visibility
- Organize and execute Instore Tastings/Demo’s when required
- Effective merchandising is implemented, including stock rotation
- Work with on-premise accounts in the territory to gain presence
- Support in the coordination of Trade Fairs/Shows/Events
Communication:
- Represent the brand in a professional, safe, and effective manner
- Weekly and Monthly reporting as per template
Cost of Doing Business:
- Control of all business-related expenses to the Company guidelines
