The Market Director is the CEO of your market. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with both our distributor and retailer partners. Your passion, drive, and entrepreneurial spirit will set you apart from other suppliers; when we call you a partner, we mean you’re a partner in our company… an owner. 

Responsibilities:
·        Build meaningful relationships with Key Distributor partners at all levels of the organization
·        Operate as the primary point of contact for sales, marketing, and operations within your assigned geography
·        Sell-in brand promotions to key decision points in the off-premise and on-premise channels
·        Develop and manage annual market plans to cover key chains, retailers, and distributor partners
·        Develop custom sales promotions, where necessary, to secure trade support
·        Obtain ad feature or display support from retailers
·        Prepare and present business reviews to accounts, often at senior levels in their organization
·        Use data based resources to develop sell-in strategies and business recommendations
·        Use category management principals to influence a customer’s overall strategic management of the adult beverage and beer category
 
Qualifications:
·        A winning and resilient attitude is an absolute must
·        Sales experience in consumer goods or other transferable skills preferred
·        Knowledge of retail selling initiatives such as category management and information-based selling
·        General knowledge of beverage industry and direct store delivery
·        Thorough understanding of beer wholesaler operations and retail sales execution
·        High level of expertise with analyzing information
·        Basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
·        Effective communicator / presenter
·        Able to work cross-functionally across an organization
·        Must be +21 years old
