About The Position
Founded in 2021, Wile is a plant-powered brand focused on hormonal and emotional wellness for grown women 40+. Created in partnership with Naturopathic doctors and research scientists, Wile is led by a team of seasoned entrepreneurs alongside actress and activist Judy Greer. We serve the 30+ million mid-life women ignored by brands and the medical establishment yet overburdened with expectations.
WILE is the first brand to take an integrated approach to perimenopause, shifting hormonal stigmas while looking at women and formulations holistically, using naturopathic and traditional Chinese medicine. WILE’s supplement capsules, tinctures and functional drinks are clinically backed to help grown women 40ish to 60ish feel their best.
Currently sold at, Whole Foods, Walgreens, Grove, and more, Wile is set to experience dramatic growth over the next calendar year as we roll out new retail partnerships, product lines, and partnerships. 
We are looking for an exceptional VP of Marketing to join our team. The VP of Marketing will own the design and development of an integrated marketing strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, conversion, and lifetime value with target customer segments. This new strategy will span every omni-channel customer touch-point and aim to further differentiate Wile from competitors as well as drive business growth by attracting customers and maintaining brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with omni-channel marketing experience, curiosity, and creativity that is willing to get their hands dirty alongside a team they will develop and grow. This person will need to be equally comfortable developing high-level long-term strategy and digging in to do the heavy lifting in driving the business.

  • Manage the P&L for all marketing channels with a focus on growth and profitability to allocate resources and media effectively.
  • Oversee and help develop and implement 360° brand marketing strategies (inclusive of Retail + D2C) while working with all cross functional teams to ensure success of all product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Serve as the thought leader and main cross-functional stakeholder on all things marketing and regularly share out learnings and insights with key cross functional teams.
  • Lead the long-term vision of the community, marketing and digital strategy leveraging emerging data, trends and evolving consumer expectations. 
  • Define the annual eCommerce strategic priorities and promotional calendars with a clear articulation of KPIs and targets. Leverage benchmarking to identify underdeveloped segments or markets.
  • Continually grow traffic, conversion, and new customer acquisition through data-driven strategies and media channel expansion.
  • Strengthening the brand across all critical elements including brand positioning, creative, brand architecture, packaging, website,
  • pricing, out-of-the-box experience, and communication.
  • Working closely with the Founders of the brand, the growth and creative teams to guide and unify the creative direction of the brand.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations, and develop word-of-mouth opportunities to increase awareness and build brand equity.
  • Develop team member performance and coach team on achieving goals, managing timelines and multiple overlapping projects in order to deliver results consistent with strategic marketing & e-commerce objectives.

  • 7+ years experience leading omni-channel marketing for a lifestyle, wellness, or beauty brand.
  • Experience developing, coordinating, and executing strategic marketing plan.
  • Experience managing customer acquisition strategies across email, social, and paid channels as well as retail, PR, partnerships, affiliate, events, and more.
  • Strong visual, communication, analytical, and reporting skills. 
  • Experience leading e-commerce for a high-growth DTC brand highly preferred with familiarity of digital marketing best practices and new opportunities in a rapidly evolving e-commerce marketplace 
  • Expertise building and executing campaigns across all marketing channels.
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and retain a high-performing team in a start-up environment. 
  • A can do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
  • The ability to operate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
