About The Position
As the Head of Operations, you will be deeply involved in virtually every aspect of the business and will be tasked with ensuring it runs efficiently, effectively and profitability.
wholier is a venture-backed plant-based nutrition brand on a mission to clean up the supplement aisle. We’re founded on the belief that the plant-based movement is not a passing trend and the principles it promotes are the way of the future. Our first product, the Multi for Plant-Based people, is sold through our website and in retailers like Nordstrom, Free People, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie.
 
Overview
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to be the second in command and work hand-in-hand with our CEO as we gear up for our next phase of expansion. As the Head of Operations, you will be deeply involved in virtually every aspect of the business and will be tasked with ensuring it runs efficiently, effectively and profitability. The ideal candidate has experience scaling a fast-paced consumer goods brand and is proficient in operational excellence, process optimization and analytics.  
 
What You’ll Do
●      Oversee business plan development and insight into the economics of the business to drive growth and operating efficiency focused on long-term value creation
●      Oversee the creation and administration of budgets within each area of the company
●      Collaboratively work with CEO on setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and track weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs for each vertical of the business
●      Analyze data to look for trends and identify areas for improvement
●      Manage supply chain operations, including vendor relationships, inventory, cost of goods and sourcing
●      Develop innovative strategies for reducing environmental impact across the supply chain – from raw material sourcing to the customer’s doorstep
●      Ensure regulatory and quality compliance for products and production standards
●      Establish necessary procedures and processes to achieve operations quality at scale
●      Hire, train and lead a world class team across all functions

●      You’re passionate about the plant-based movement, sustainability and building a next generation nutrition brand that aligns with the needs and values of contemporary consumers
 
 
What You Need
●      6+ years of experience in financial management and organizational systems
●      Deep understanding of business functions such as finance, operations, HR, etc. and software solutions that drive efficiencies within these verticals
●      Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully
●      MBA is a plus
