About The Position
Regional Sales Manager responsible for developing accounts and bringing Wayne Gretzky sales to the next level
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and increasing Wayne Gretzky Whisky sales within a targeted region. Through building strong relationships with Distributor Sales Teams and accounts, you will drive Wayne Gretzky Whisky to the next level. 
 
The position requires an individual with a solid understanding of the beverage alcohol business and possesses excellent selling, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
 
Responsibilities 
-        Achieving sales, programming and distribution targets by working with the distributor sales team
-        Successfully implement business plan to ensure the objectives (revenue, distribution, financial, etc.) are achieved
-        Work with the distributor to promote and educate current and prospective accounts
-        Proper management of sales and tactical budgets
-        Supporting key accounts within given region
-        Management and representation at industry events 
-        Provide weekly call reports 
-        Provide monthly territory reports
-        Ensure all financial budgets are utilized in an appropriate and legal manner
-        Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Federal and State laws, as well as company policies
-        Maintain a high level of knowledge of the products, in order to communicate and educate
-        Be an expert in the market, and provide market related intelligence
 
Job Requirements
-        3+ years in in the spirits industry 
-        Comprehensive understanding of how the beverage alcohol business functions
-        Able to develop professional, respectful, working relationships with all business entities i.e. distributors, liquor control boards and accounts
-        Strong analytical skills
-        Solutions oriented
-        Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
-        Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-        Strong communication and follow-up skills
-        Work from home
-        Willing and able to travel, as job requires
-        Relocation Opportunity: Remote
