What you'll do

Join the Health & Wellness Compliance team and act as strategic partner for senior leadership to assess, develop and implement controls for the world's largest retailer. The Program Manager, Health & Wellness Compliance plays a critical role in analyzing controlled substance ordering of Walmart pharmacies and communicating with regulatory partners within and outside the business. You'll make an impact by... Identifying, reporting, and addressing compliance concerns by recognizing trends, collecting necessary data, creating reports on findings, and communicating findings to senior management Identifying controlled substance ordering anomalies and preventing order omissions from distributors Supporting pharmacies in identifying and monitoring risks by assisting with program evaluations; developing of audit plans, analysis of audit findings, and preparation of audit reports Provides supervision and development to H&W Compliance team by mentoring, assigning duties, providing clear program direction Researches high-impact proposed regulatory issues to serve as a subject matter expert to the business by managing tools and resources required to obtain relevant information; Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity You'll sweep us off our feet if... You're a subject matter expert in CSOS with an understanding of how to measure program effectiveness You have experience with internal audit and/or monitoring at a large consultant firm You are familiar with conducting assessments on the efficiency of standards & controls You're process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders You have experience working in cross-functional teams Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
