Job Overview:

This position will be reporting to the Sr. Manager of Wholesale FP&A, this position is responsible for Wholesale Gross Margin Reporting and Analytics, in addition to leading critical areas including the annual Margin budget and periodic Margin forecasts processes. This role will also drive key initiatives such as improving existing Wholesale FP&A processes, leveraging new systems to drive process and reporting improvements and developing strategies to enhance the value Wholesale FP&A brings to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead Wholesale Margin reporting and analytics
  • Assist in the annual Margin budget and periodic Margin forecast processes
  • Responsible for period end analyses and reporting
  • Develop and manage reports that provide key insights for business partners, regional leadership, and finance leadership teams
  • Key business partner to Supplier Services
  • Analyze, question, and present financial information to business partners, regional leadership, and finance leadership teams
  • Provide leadership, development and training for multiple financial analysts
  • Develop templates, schedules, and timelines ensuring consistency and accuracy across processes
  • Execute on special projects timely and accurately as assigned
  • Develop, maintain, and execute on continuous improvement opportunities within team

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Finance preferred
  • Advanced degree or candidate seeking MBA desired
  • 5+ years FP&A experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience with finance and accounting in a large publicly traded company
  • System Implementation experience preferred
  • Financial systems expertise including Oracle, IBM TM1 or Hyperion
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality reports
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and successfully manage and execute multiple projects and processes simultaneously
  • Exceptional leadership abilities as creative thinker, problem solver, and collaborative team member. Continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to develop and maintain effective internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of individuals; a team player
  • Focus on root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Strong teamwork ethic, able to take ownership of a process and drive improvement
