About The Position

Twenty20 Beverages is seeking an experienced, full-time, State Manager in Michigan to join our expanding team. This person will be responsible for achieving assigned goals by skillfully managing the Twenty20 portfolio across the state. Responsibilities include daily account visits, distributor management & work-withs, achieving sales goals, handling events and special projects and consistent communication.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with distributor, accounts and Twenty20 Beverage management to achieve both qualitative and quantitative goals
  • Achievement of Qualitative Goals (Distribution, POS, drink features, displays etc.)
  • Achievement of Quantitative Goals (Meet Case and Revenue targets)
  • Daily on and off premise account calls. (Minimum of 4 Days in the field per week)
  • Manage Key Accounts and ensure superior execution of Twenty20 portfolio in those accounts
  • On Going Distributor work-withs and daily interfaces
  • Expert knowledge of Twenty20 portfolio
  • Build productive long term relationships with distributor personnel
  • Staff Trainings
  • Coordinate Off Premise Demos/Tastings and On Premise promotional activity
  • Manage any local POS allocations to achieve maximum exposure
  • Manage expense budget to meet objectives
  • Manage weekly recaps and planning activities

  • Job Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have 3 years of wine or spirits sales experience in Michigan
  • Only passionate, self-motivated, responsible candidates need apply
  • Must be able to plan the business and adjust in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and follow up written and oral
  • Detail oriented and good time management skills
  • Travel as needed
  • Must have an outgoing personality and be a "people" person
