About The Position
TULA Skincare is looking for a Creative Design Manager with solid design capabilities and understanding of digital channels to help bring the brand to life visually.
TULA is looking for a Creative Design Manager to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to design on-brand, high performing assets and collateral as well as project manage the process from brief through to execution.  Ability to produce high volume of assets efficiently, while reacting to trends and helping to continually evolve and elevate the brand’s aesthetics are key. This role reports to the VP of Brand Marketing. TULA headquarters are in NoMad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help develop designs for multi-platform, multi-channel digital campaigns that meet business objectives and support brand marketing strategy
  • Create high volume of assets across all channels and mediums including but not limited to: digital ads, emails, web assets / PDPs, print collateral, POS & retail collateral, social, adapting designs for best performance by channel
  • Project manage all creative requests from cross functional team members from brief through to execution and closely partner with Copy Writer on execution
  • Assist with post-production selects, retouching/editing notes and all else involved to bring creative direction to life with our external Creative agency
  • Partner with performance marketing and email team members to A/B test designs and build understanding of what drives the best results for each channel
  • Partner with VP of Brand Marketing on brand campaign concepts as well as attend and support photo and video campaign shoots (in office and on location)
  • Execute smaller scale in-house product shoots for brand / social needs
  • Bring in new creative ideas and digital / visual trends
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a creative environment in a graphic design and digital asset development role for beauty or a CPG brand
  • Must have a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience
  • Knowledge of social and digital content platform current best practices, technologies and creative standards
  • Experience with relevant tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
  • Experience managing both photo and video production is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and team work skills
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics and bringing a brand’s vision to life
