Description:
  • Make sales calls to on-premise and off-premise customers to cultivate customer relations
  • Achieve distribution and growth objectives for T&O portfolio of products within one’s geographic area through account management
  • Introduce new products, promote improved distribution, and ensure on-brand promotions and programming
  • Display good situational awareness of business/market conditions, inform management of competitor activity, plan sales efforts, recognize new opportunities within each account, and maintain good records/notes/trackers.
  • Build and develop trust and relationships with customers through knowledge of spirits, persuasive presentations, and solid closing techniques
  • Perform other related work duties and special project KPIs as assigned.  (examples: Sell in new products, conduct staff trainings, increase back bar and drink feature placements, obtaining & building stack outs, working with EC counterparts etc…)

Qualifications:
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid drivers licence, insurance, and a good driving record
  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent related experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy (we live or die by Google), it’s what makes us nimble and efficient
  • Bartending/restaurant/hospitality skills
  • Goal Oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision
  • Spirit industry knowledge that includes a basic understanding of leading spirit categories
  • Bring a POSITIVE attitude every single day (it’s the only way to build a company in the shadow of corporate turtles)
