About The Position
Job Responsibilities:
  •  Works with Regional Sales and Marketing Manager (RSM) to develop a territory sales plan, analyze territory opportunities, and define selling initiatives to achieve or exceed territory goals
  • Builds winning relationships between the company, distributors, and our consumers as as with key department/store managers at store level
  • Educates new and existing customers to explain product offerings and what makes them different while advocating for The Naked Collective while in store
  • Reviews product and/or customer service claims to ensure customers/consumers needs are met with resolution
  • Attends all scheduled meetings to aid in performing duties as well as business development 
  • Executes sales and field marketing initiatives according to agreed objectives, budgets, policies and timelines
  • Leads and supports store level execution of marketing growth activities, merchandising standards, and the ongoing identification of new opportunities to build our business
  • Develops and maintains an organized list of target/key accounts in the area with assistance from RSM and then using effective selling story when contacting them to sell in new product placements
  • Participates in new store openings and store reset support
  • Increases brand presence through incremental points of interruption via racks, displays, and shipper placement

  • Sales and Presentation Skills: ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions,        percentages, area, circumference, and volume to create selling stories and achieve sales targets as well as presell and execute store- level promotions 
  • Attention to Detail: demonstrate passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
  • Organization: ability to prioritize work, adapt well to change, and handle stress 
  • Time management: ability to work a pace needed to meet multiple and sometimes concurrent deadlines
  •  Professionalism: maintains a professional image at work and in the trade
