Who we are:
The Honey Pot was born out of one woman's need to naturally heal herself. And evolved into a mission to clean up the feminine care aisle.
Our mission is to educate, support, and provide humans with vaginas around the world the tools and resources that promote health and wellness; by engaging these humans one healthy honey pot at a time.
Through our functional plant-derived feminine care system, our goal is to provide humans with a safe alternative to feminine care that is powered by herbs.

So what will I be doing?
The Innovation Manager will contribute to The Honey Pot Company’s innovation efforts by managing and owning marketing product development projects and go-to-market strategies. Requires strong cross functional and organizational skills with a curious and consumer centered mindset for projects of moderate scope and complexity in a dynamic startup organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and executes multi-year product pipeline that aligns to The Honey Pot Company’s brand mission and values.
- Assesses macro trends, industry data, consumer insights and business objections to validate new commercial innovation opportunities. Frames, assesses, and prioritizes opportunities to prove product are suitable for launch.
- Leverages expertise and fluency with a variety of innovation methods (Design thinking, ideation, prototyping) to turn innovation into clearly articulated concepts.
- Collaborate with appropriate subject matter experts in development of R&D briefs, packaging, pricing, product claims, sales materials, product forecasts and creative briefs.
- Partners with internal innovation to “test and learn” fielding new innovations through consumer research.
- Designs learning agenda to guide and optimize concepts through rapid experimentation and iteration process.
- Designs and facilitates collaborative innovation workshops for internal stakeholder and external retail partners.

Who You Are:
• Bachelors degree required
• Based in Atlanta Area
• 4+ years in product innovation or consumer-packaged goods development required
• Experience working with regulatory is preferred. Science background is preferred
• Knowledge of brick and mortar retail environment required
• Proven track record of new product development from ideation to launch
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with comfort tackling a vast number of conversations including but not limited to, vaginal care
• Packaging development experience strongly preferred
• Experience developing business strategies
• Self-driven and adept in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, curious, and creative
• Passion for the wellness and CPG space
