Position Summary:

The Sales Analyst-eCommerce role at Amplify Snack Brands plays a critical role in accelerating the growth of the eCommerce business. This position is responsible for supporting pure-play and eTail businesses, trade tracking, catalog cultivation, and content curation. The Sales Analyst will partner with the Sales Manager to oversee all sales and catalog aspects of Amplify's eCommerce business. In addition to servicing his/her own pure-play retailers, this individual will be tasked to partner with sales team to foster a successful eCommerce business by working on catalog assortment, pricing and promotions, content curation, and digital strategy.


  • Implement eCommerce roadmap and growth plan for key customers
  • Oversee catalog assortment, promotional calendar, and content with assigned retailers
  • Maintain digital catalog, product information and assets within a cloud-based portal
  • Collaborate with the brand teams, sales team, and agency to update and optimize product pages
  • Address catalog and content issues with retailer based on their requirements
  • Build strong relationships with retailer's digital/eComm teams
  • Handle new item setup process with retailers
  • Oversee and optimize organic search, according to latest industry and platform SEO best practices, on retailer site for brands and key categories
  • Apply recommendations and guidelines to help increase share of digital shelf and average ranking of brand products within the retailer grid through organic search
  • Review and audit retailer's taxonomy of skus to improve categorization and hierarchy
  • Partner with customer teams on retailer site optimizations to drive more consumer discovery via site category navigation and facilitate basket building through best-in-class digital shopping experiences
  • Role will require outstanding execution on tactical work-activities, while providing the opportunity for strategic learning in a fast-growing and dynamic channel. Detail orientation is required!


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of CPG industry experience preferred
  • 2 years of eCommerce/media experience preferred
  • Understanding of marketing strategy, trade management, and shopper behavior
  • Exceptional ability to develop innovative processes and consistently deliver results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional planning, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
