About The Position
2-5 years of spirits industry experience required

Sales Management 
  • As sales associate, your primary focus will be sales performance in your market - achieving depletion goals, gaining points of distribution and key account management across on and off premise
  • Create your own independent account relationships
  • Oversee a small team of sales associates in your region
  • Support staff training for key accounts
  • Maintain constant support of existing accounts
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Tepozan story and brand attributes. 
  • Organize regular market rides with distributor sales team

Trade Marketing
  • Maintain field marketing initiatives including, but not limited to deployment of POS including shelf talkers, neck tags, etc.
  • Maintain constant communication with marketing team to ensure alignment on brand messaging and delivery of out sales and marketing agendas
  • Support trade engagement events, working with marketing team
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage performance, track data and inform market strategies
  • Manage team efforts and consistency of CRM data
  • Participate in weekly team and individual sales calls
