And so, many years and a few careers later, two decade-long friends teamed up with our third co-founder and set out to reimagine the entire healthcare experience, starting with an at-home STD screening kit that would reduce all the stigma, anxiety, and inaccessibility that usually comes with it. Basically, an STD test that was so much better in every way, that you’d have zero excuses not to check yourself out. We feel that, especially during this time when the rights of women and people with vaginas are being attacked, it is crucial for us to build a sex-positive healthcare company that makes it easy to prioritize your sexual health. We hope TBD will become a routine part of loving and taking care of yourself.
