Sets content pillars & posting calendar in collaboration with team/agencies/marketing team and activation calendar
Manages Website with Creative Agency and Web Developer including page building, copywriting and optimizing the consumer experience
Generates, edits, publishes and shares content.
Monitors social media trends & conversation, and connects with consumers across social channels, responding to posts
Collaborates with Senior Brand Marketing Manager on e-commerce programming
Monitors SEO & web traffic metrics / google analytics, provides website enhancements to increase organic traffic
Leads community management of social media channels
Designs & implements email marketing strategy
Curates consumer emails, content and monitors performance, understanding subscriber audience and engagement
Handles customer service email inquiries; responds to inquires in timely manner.
Conducts regular competitive activity audits to monitor trends and has a pulse on the digital landscape.
Maintains influencer relations via social channels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Project Management Software; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software; and Presentation software (PowerPoint).
Other skills required:
Hands-on experience in digital marketing in customer service/customer engagement / CRM
Combination of in-house and the right agency experience is acceptable.
Deep understanding of Google retargeting/remarketing and SEO/SEM campaigns, Google Analytics, A/B testing.
Highly motivated and results-oriented with experience from large and small companies. o Quick response to trending opportunities
Ability to write digital marketing/demand generation copy.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
