About Us
Strong Roots sells delicious, frozen plant-based food that’s designed for busy lives. We started life in our native Ireland in 2015 and launched in the USA in 2019. Last December, we announced a $55m investment from McCain Foods, who bought a minority stake in the business. One of the biggest food companies in the world agrees with us: we have a very bright future ahead of us.

We’re a multi-award winning B Corp certified company who intends to stay that way. We’re at global scale-up stage, so working at Strong Roots is not for the faint-hearted, but you’ll be exposed to a LOT of learning and career-developing challenges and will work alongside a gang of talented people that are here to make a real difference.

The Gang comprises 50 people (soon to be 60), from 12 nationalities, across 3 international locations, with almost half of our employees identifying as female (including at management level).
