A bite of ginger here, a splash of lime there, a dash of honey for a touch of sweetness—each one crafted to meet the tastes of our nearest-dearest friends. Our Hive if you will. Hence our name—Spirited Hive. All-natural, ready-to-drink cocktails made for friends who are ready to drink. 

Now we’re looking for a skilled Sales Representative who shares our passion for bringing people together. Someone able to create new customer relationships, grow existing ones, and ensure that everyone has a can to raise. 

Our vision is to be the most flavorful and sought-after canned cocktail brand in the world and we’re adding Eastern Long Island as a target market. That’s where you come in. You’re a highly motivated, persuasive seller who can sweeten the demeanor of even the most hardened New Yorkers with our Honey Infused Cocktails. You will be the Spirited Hive brand handshake at bars, restaurants, and at retail shops. You’ll help grow the “Hive” so to speak, by building relationships, expanding our portfolio, and ensuring our cocktails are always available, visible, and recommended.


Lead and Be Responsible for:
  • Assist with  identifying new key accounts and business opportunities by working with the executive management team 

  • Establish and maintain working key account lists and relationships, while growing our account base 

  • Manage onboarding of all new accounts

  • Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/law

  • Manage floor, shelf, and cold box execution within Off premise accounts

  • Win in “the night” by selling in menu placements, drink features and merchandising execution in key On-Premise accounts

  • Assist with promotional merchandising in key locations. 

  • Help execute product launches, promotions, Demos, and tasting events.

  • Create a monthly market report that encompasses market insights, trends, and real-time feedback. 

  • Attend weekly meetings to discuss issues, competitive activities, and opportunities to improve sales efforts.

  • Help identify new key accounts and business opportunities by working with the executive management team 

  • Be the face of Spirited Hive wherever you go, whether it’s a night out with friends or meeting a potential new customer. You’re more than a Sales Representative, you’re an ambassador for the brand!  

  • Provide occasional content and feedback for digital 

  • We can’t stress this enough, we need an Energetic and Personable Individual who is looking to take on this entrepreneurial role and make it your own.


Qualifications:

  • Must already reside in  Eastern Long Island for the summer and be familiar with surrounding areas in the Hamptons

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. 

  • Must have own transportation 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, or for new college graduates, sales internship, part-time sales role (preferably with experience in supplier or distribution within beverage alcohol)

  • Strong customer relationship and quick thinker and comfortable learning on the job

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must have strong time management skills. Never leave a customer waiting!

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours. (Nights and Weekends Necessary)

  • Ability to move products, hang merchandise and fulfill other physical requirements.

  • Ability to navigate and pivot through “The Hive” no matter what the situation is. You will be supported and backed by an experienced leadership team with the ability to grow in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: 
The role comes with a base salary (based on experience level), plus commission (% based on sales), monthly incentives and quarterly bonuses. And we’ll add in a few good perks!
