Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company to manage and develop new business for our portfolio of prestigious spirit brands in Southern California. You will be responsible for executing strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and expand our brands’ presence. This is a role that requires strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record.
  • Develop strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to distributor personnel, retailers, bar managers, and local industry influencers
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and distribution objectives
  • Implement brand strategies which enhance brand awareness and loyalty
  • Follow and act upon sales performance and market trends
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to mobilize and inspire a distributor sales team
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite, CRM software, and other sales management tools
  • Willingness to travel required
