Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $119,000 to $158,000 with bonus eligibility. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Corporate Accounts are defined as accounts that are multi-unit, multi-market, cross regional boundaries and where the buying decision is made at the headquarters or business unit level.

Overview
Responsible for development of partnerships with current or potential accounts to promote the sale, pricing, supply, and service of SGWS products. Primary Responsibilities
- The National Accounts Manager is responsible for national and regional accounts
- Headquarter calls, including business development and business maintenance
- Developing, implementing, and analyzing brand development programs to drive chain business
- Distributor management (as it relates to national accounts off premise)
- Forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and programming management
- Collaborating effectively with Shaw Ross management team.
- Gives updates to VP National Account & Shaw-Ross management team
- Must have industry experience selling both wines and spirits - preferably someone who has experience in chain area management.
- Must have current account equity, a proven track record and current relationships with national accounts so they can "hit the ground running"
- The ability to handle national accounts as their primary or sole responsibility.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
- Must understand the inner-workings of national accounts and what brands within the Shaw-Ross portfolio will work well with which customers
- Flexible, entrepreneurial mind set but also has good discipline and can help institute best practices. Shaw Ross international importers LLC would strongly prefer candidates who have experience and discipline working in a larger, structured setting and are looking for a more flexible, dynamic working environment.
- Work independently but is also able to collaborate well with other managers
- Extremely open minded, able to try new approaches and learn new ways to build business -- the ability to manage the three-tier system but also outside
- Well organized and buttoned down, able to manage a long sales cycle and to see the big picture
- A bility to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with customers and internally
- Strong capabilities in reporting business analysis, profitability, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Advance computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products-Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
- Must have experience with fact-based selling (using IRI/Nielson Data)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience related to the industry -may be working for a winery, a wine marketing company or beer, wine or spirits experience calling on national/regional HQ
- Comprehensive understanding of Wine and Spirits to include regions/varietals, product/food paring techniques, basic production, and service
- Strong and established relationships in the Western states of the US
- Lift carries a 45+ pound case of product.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Goal oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision
- Must carry auto insurance, $100,000/$300,000 in vehicle liability and $50,000 in property damage and be listed
- Must possess a valid driver's license and current insurance
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
