
The Program Manager IT is a high level of accountability that often includes multiple projects that may span across or impact multiple functions. These projects may role up to one or more larger programs and often include multiple IT Delivery team resources where the Program Manager will often be required to manage, mentor, and coordinate with team members and business partners at various levels of leadership and experience or skill level.
The role is part of the IT Delivery team which is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, programs, and portfolios. The IT Delivery team leads projects, programs, portfolios or leads an Agile ART or several agile teams, through the systems development life cycle from planning through hyper care, working in close partnership with IT and business leaders including executive sponsors. The work also includes leading, collaboration, coaching team members and influencing others outside their direct team to ensure the success of initiatives.
