Functioning as an internal consulting group, the team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with direct interaction with the company’s senior executives and decision-makers. The small and flat team structure allows the team to be nimble and efficient, while at the same time exposing team members to various areas of the business. The OSM serves the entire Southern Glazer’s Senior Leadership team—and especially the EVP-Chief Operating Officer, EVP-Finance and EVP-Administration.

Overview

The Analyst is a critical member of the OSM team focused on supporting corporate, divisional and functional leaders with strategy development, executive decision making and initiative implementation.  As we identify and execute business improvement opportunities, you will have the unique opportunity to work with seasoned business professionals to develop analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in a dynamic and exciting industry.  This team will ensure you have the opportunities and support needed to reach your professional development objectives. Additionally, this position could serve as a stepping stone to a management position within OSM or the broader company. Analysts are expected to demonstrate highly refined analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in both independent and group settings. You will have a direct impact on overall team goals while promoting your own personal growth. The ideal candidate for this role will either have recently graduated from an MBA program and have about a year of analytical, strategy or consulting experience or, alternatively, the ideal candidate will have at least a year of management consulting experience doing analytical and/or project work.
