We’re looking for an energetic, hard-working individual who is passionate about the natural products space. Soozy’s Administrative Assistant will support Soozy’s leadership team, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, trust-worthy, highly-organized and professional, and should be great at managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Job Description: 
  • Manages CEO’s calendar, including travel, meetings, events, etc. with attention to detail, including balancing and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Prioritizes schedule for CEO, while focused on the best use of executive’s time.
  • Works with the CEO to prepare for and attend meetings, as needed, and to ensure proper note-taking and follow-ups.
  • Drives productivity within the team by managing project deadlines.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism. 
  • Prepares and maintains confidential legal files, documents, and databases.
  • Ability to accommodate a varied work schedule, such as evening and weekend hours that may be necessary, from time to time.
  • Provides general administrative support.
  • Performs other relevant job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • This is a remote role.
  • Contract | 10-15 hours a week (subject to change, as needed).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years supporting executive leaders.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • CPG experience, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced calendar management skills.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Great at managing multiple projects and priorities, at once.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to work within the ever-changing start-up landscape.
  • Must be collaborative and team-oriented, and love working with people.
