About The Position
Slrrrp is a rapidly growing alcoholic beverage company bringing unique products and ideas to life. We are blazing a new category with our alcohol infused gelatin shots and are already working on exciting ideas for the future.
Job Description:
 
  • Responsible for covering primarily Chicago and Milwaukee.  
  • Works with Brand Managers and Key Account Managers at distributors to ensure proper sales and execution of our brands.
  • Creates and develops list of target accounts within territory that the Territory Manager will be responsible for calling on in a set frequency, including Chain and Independent.
  • Establish and solidify “one-point-of-contact” (with the exception of shipping),  with all distributor executive and internal teams.  
  • Communication with distributor of any new placements, displays, promotions, etc. within accounts that you sell in to ensure proper execution.
  • Schedule and plan distributor work withs, working with multiple levels of distributor - reps, managers, etc.
  • Inventory management.  Responsible for distributor inventory, rotation and sell-through.
  • Assist in managing code dates and proper rotation at distributors.
  • Responsible for chain regional accounts
  • Proficiency in VIP and Karma applications.  Utilize reporting for reinforcement of inventory and sales opportunities with distributors.
  • Executions promotions and samplings against our brands.
  • Ensure accounts are merchandised and shelf price is reflected to standard.
  • Monthly Review of target accounts in sales and execution.  
  • Maintain retail call frequency of 55 calls per week minimum average.
