RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction
• Identify and eliminate problems with internal operation and sales procedures
• Handle incoming calls from drivers, sales reps, and accounts
• Maintain Sales equipment including, but not limited to; cell phones, tablets, and laptops.
• Maintain Sales department directory
• Maintain sales team applications
• Schedule chain and club store POs as needed
• Enter and edit orders, pickups, and POs
• Setup new accounts in Route Accounting Software
• Order office supplies as needed
• Check, maintain and run the order processing functions
• Follow through on driver, sales rep, and customer complaints
• Setup and maintain users in the Expense Reimbursement Program
• Run weekly expense files for payment processing
• Run daily SLA license checks
• Handle and follow up on customer service questions and problems as they relate to deliveries, orders, pickups, account maintenance, account setups, etc.
• Cross-training in administrative functions
• Other responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree, Bachelor's preferred
• A willingness to assist throughout the office as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with the iOS operating system
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability and willingness to handle a large volume of phone calls at any given time
• Bi-lingual is a plus
