We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager . We are looking for a self starter, energetic individual who posses a strong work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility to join and contribute to our team. Required to work ON SITE.

OBJECTIVE: The Human Resources Manager shall oversee the Legends Limited's human resources practices in assigned areas to ensure those practices are consistent and support the Division's and SFC's Vision, Mission and Core Values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing and Selecting Prospective Employees
-Execute recruiting strategies to ensure Division is appropriately staffed

• Employee Communication
-Project and promote professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm in all communications with employees
-Execute employee communications strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged with the Division's Vision, Mission, and Core Values
-Ensure the internal communications are consistent with external communications

• Training and Development
-Promote a culture of learning to encourage adoption of training and development initiatives
-Ensure the professional development of all employees

• Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition
-Administer compensation policy to support high performance culture and in accordance with corporate directives
-Conducts employee orientations and on-going employee engagement assessments

• Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
-Update and communicate employment policies in accordance with regulatory requirements and Corporate directives
-Investigate and conclude employment practice complaints including litigation support
-Support collective bargaining efforts including certification/decertification, negotiations, contract clause interpretation, grievances, and arbitrations

• Consulting
-Provide guidance to all employees in the various areas of employment practices
-Implement HR audit procedures and develop appropriate strategies to ensure adoption and compliance with SFC policies and applicable labor laws
-Participate in the construction of Division's annual operating budget

• Payroll
-Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating, and entering data
-Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions, and saving deductions
-Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
-Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
-Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years HR Generalist experience
  • Minimum 3 years full cycle recruiting experience
  • Minimum 2 years payroll processing experience
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Exceptional judgement
  • Demonstrated organizational, supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges in a professional manner
