Job Description/Responsibilities

The Retail & Merchandising Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all activities that occur at the Buffalo Trace Distillery Gift Shop related to Inventory Management. The Coordinator is charged with making sure that the Gift Shop is well stocked, organized, and beautifully merchandized. The Coordinator is reponsible for improving profitability by maintaining accurate Gift Shop inventory at all times, minimizing shrink and out of stocks.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be a team player
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Ability to project a professional image
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an org
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • retail experience
PREFERRED
  • 1 year Supervisory experience
  • 3 years Experience in customer service, retail
  • 3 years Experience dealing with VIP guests
