The Order Entry Coordinator, reporting to the Planning Manager, accurately enters product orders into System21 and Infor WMS software; communicates with and supports production planning and distribution to ensure that all reasonable customer requests and expectations are met or exceeded; provides exceptional customer service by serving as a professional and friendly point of contact. Qualifications/Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum HS diploma or equivalent; excellent oral and written communication skills; experience with customer service or retail; strong interpersonal skills; strong planning and organizational skills; and experience with Microsoft Office products. Prefer candidates with an undergraduate degree; minimum of 2 years relevant experience; experience with System 21 ERP software; and experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
