Job Description/Responsibilities

Sazerac's Human Resources Leadership Program (HLDP) offers an exceptional opportunity to begin your career in Human Resources and prepares you for a dynamic career. Through business-critical projects, you will gain a thorough understanding of our industry, develop your technical/professional skill sets all while directly contributing to company growth. This program is designed as a developmental opportunity to gain exposure and experience in multiple disciplines of Human Resources within Sazerac.
  • 2-year rotational program involving multiple Human Resources functions including: Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting & Generalists Duties
  • Opportunity to lead projects/teams within multiple facilities
  • Professional development by Sazerac senior leadership
  • Continual feedback throughout rotational program


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Desire to embrace new challenges
  • Desire to be challenged with assignments across all facilities
  • Passion for learning and growing your Human Resources skill set

Preferred
  • Master's degree
  • Experience dealing with multiple competing priorities and projects
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and proven ability to shift prioritization when needed to meet tight deadlines
  • Consistent ability to drive a collaborative work environment and influence without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
