Job Description/Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for distributor and public warehouse entries, daily reporting of shipments and precise and accurate shipping documents and review of private label safety stock levels. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with the buyers, distributors, and retail chains, sales personnel, order department, production planning and bottling, for accurate information, on orders, and timely delivery of product. Use System 21 to manage distributor orders from order receipt thru shipping. Track orders to ensure they are invoiced promptly based on customer terms. Continually review operating performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels resulting in increase sales, reduced non value added activity, better information and improved reporting techniques. Identify and remove obstacles that may adversely affect the company's ability to ship product accurately and on time. Ensure adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Develop and maintain professional working relationships internally and externally. Set a positive example and act in a manner consistent with company values.
