Job Description/Responsibilities

The Market Manager - South Florida is an energetic, self-motivated and creative individual with a desire to drive 375 Park Avenue Spirits brand, building programs/initiatives in their target market. This role is responsible for implementing our go to market strategy through superior execution of our brand platforms aimed at increasing the value & share of our brands in the marketplace. The Market Manager is self-motivated, hands on and possesses great interpersonal skills.

This role will be responsible for accounts throughout South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for company depletion goals for the assigned territory
  • Assist in the implementation of all brand programs and the attainment of monthly goals.
  • Advise distributor with respect to distributor's execution of Off and On-premise programs for Company's products in designated accounts. Specifically focused on: menus, features, backbar placement, merchandising/display programs, points of distribution and shelf sets
  • Communicate and reinforce brand objectives, strategies, promotion activity, and product knowledge to distributor sales force on a regular basis through the forum of sales meetings and calling on accounts with distributor supervisors and/or key sales representatives.
  • Survey on a consistent basis accounts and the market to report on distribution, pricing, display activity, out of stock condition, competitive brand activity. Recommend remedial actions where appropriate.
  • Develop a key account list within designated areas and establish a personal rapport with buyers/owners.
  • Serves as a liaison between company and distributors in establishing quotas for distributors and in organizing programs to solve market problems.


Qualifications/Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Candidate must reside within the territory
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiencies and knowledge of social media channels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Must be able to personally pay or charge ordinary and necessary business expenses that will be timely reimbursed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior industry experience, specifically on premise
  • High energy/self-starter
