About The Position
A great role representing World Class Brands with a Strong Base Comp., Great Benefits and Aggressive Commission/Profit Sharing Structure! Seeking Experienced Sales Rep who lives in or close to the territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the achievement of volume, distribution, merchandising for Roust brands in their assigned markets.

This is an Off Premise focused role.  

Inherent in this responsibility is managing wholesaler relationships as well as major customer relationships.  The Sales Representative is responsible for calling on and activating Key Accounts as well as working with wholesaler teams to achieve overall depletion and distribution targets.  

This is a 100% active selling role. The individual MUST have experience in the territory they are applying for and be able to present and sell a full line of wine and spirits into On and Off Trade accounts. 


SUMMARY: 
  • Establish and maintain relationship with account buyers
  • Attain Volume Goals, New Account Goals, POD Goals
  • Ensure POS and other marketing assets are utilized in the field with correct programs.  Participate in the development of program-specific POS.
  • Activation management – implement creative programs to activate consumer i.e. samples, special offers, IRCs, MIRs, on premise promotions, etc.
  • Each rep will manage approximately 75-125 accounts, with about 35-50 being key high volume accounts

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, preferably in a sales role.  Strong knowledge of the retail environment, both On and Off-Premise.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to direct the Roust Brands.
  • Strong Key account negotiation skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in an intimate, entrepreneurial business environment with high “esprit de corps”.
  • Objective-oriented, focused, individual who needs little direction or supervision; energy and enthusiasm are critical.
  • Willing to be very “hands-on” to get the job accomplished.
  • Financially responsible individual who knows how to manage budgets.
  • Computer literate with Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills.
