About The Position
 The Vice President of Revenue Management is responsible for defining, socializing, and executing the vision to drive revenue and gross profit growth for RNDC. The position will oversee all of the pricing functions within RNDC and drive incremental value creation through pricing, promotion, and mix management. The position will orchestrate the enterprise wide pricing strategy partnering with key suppliers, supplier business development teams, and state leadership, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the following duties.
 Oversee the Revenue Management team, creating a center of excellence with a focus on PTR (price to retail) management, PTC (price to consumer) management, depletion allowance optimization, and end-to-end value change price management.
• Manage the team which will be responsible for creating price structures, manage deal attributes, and customer reference master data.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth mindsets within the organization.
• Responsible for the development and tactical deployment of revenue management best practices for RNDC.
• Build strong relationships and partner with both internal and external (supplier and customer) executive, regional, and state leadership to ensure value delivery for the value chain.
• Use analytics on historical sales data and external syndicated data to find opportunities to maximize returns within the key revenue management pillars: volume, price, mix.
• Provide valuable insights to executive leadership, internally and externally, on pricing decisions with a mindset of hypothesis testing, post experimental testing, and execution on global level.
• Educate the commercial teams on the optimal way to drive growth within a holistic pricing and promotions strategy.
• Responsible to oversee recruiting, hiring, and building pools of talent within the organization using systems, processes, and coaching.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.) from an accredited four-year college or university required; Master’s degree in related field preferred; 10+ years’ experience in related field, preferably in food/beverage distribution; 5+ years management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Continual and current certificates and CEU relating to management training. Requires a current, valid state driver's license and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company. Ability and flexibility to regularly travel.
