Overview

RNDC is on an exciting growth journey in ecommerce and digital channels. In the last few years, RNDC has built a rapidly growing eCommerce platform and several digital partnerships to better serve Customers and Suppliers. The SVP of eCommerce is responsible for strategy and execution of the digital customer and supplier experiences for RNDC. The SVP will manage the business unit that defines, measures, and tracks eCommerce execution; managing, growing and enhancing the online marketplace that connects supplier brands with customers. This role encompasses oversight of RNDC's digital capabilities, including digital marketing, omni-channel, data insight and eCommerce operations , ensuring a fully integrated channel for the business. This role also includes responsibility for driving RNDCs online sales platform, eRNDC, which is critical for maintaining eRNDC's position as an innovative, content-rich and cutting-edge market leader driving overall brand awareness. The SVP, of eCommerce will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities

Own the eCommerce vision and strategy for RNDC
• Execute the eCommerce strategy to drive revenue, increase market share, attract and retain suppliers and enhance brand differentiation
• Continue growing eCommerce into a significant sales channel for RNDC by creating value measured through e.g., best in class adoption, utilization, and growth metrics
• Lead and continue building a high performing eCommerce team that excels in data- based decision making, partnering with suppliers and collaborating with sales teams to define and measure success
• Deliver against financial metrics and ROI ; as a profit center
• Partner with state and market leaders and their teams to create sales plans and targets that will be used to track progress and performance at monthly business reviews
• Connect Suppliers and digital experiences by evangelizing the eRNDC story, defining targeted digital opportunities, and jointly reviewing digital performance by way of next generation reporting and data insights
• As the owner of the digital user experiences, measure usability, performance and implement improvements to eRNDC based on ROI
• Deliver insights on customers, brands, and behaviors through data to continue to unlock new sales opportunities
• Monitor the competitive landscape, market conditions, technology changes to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to implement strategies and tactics to secure eRNDC's continued relevancy as an innovative and value-added platform
• Liaise closely with relevant stakeholders, including sales, supplier, and transformation leadership to ensure alignment on objectives and strategy of eCommerce function

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in related field (MBA, MIS) • 10+ years of senior leadership and people management; leading and building high performing teams We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
