The primary role of the Manager, HR Transformation is leading, managing, and executing transformation, change, and improvement of human capital practices across the HR disciplines that impacts the enterprise. This role requires a proven track record of success in HR project management, HR generalist experience and knowledge in leading common HR practices, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex problems. In summary, this role leads transformative change on people practices that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance that results in a successful business change with minimal adverse impact to culture, engagement, productivity, and financial performance.


Other duties may be assigned:
Leads key assignments, projects, and initiatives related to the principles and practices of human resource management to develop, transform, and improve practices and technology specifically in the area of human capital that includes talent management, total rewards, employment practices, HR technologies and business analytics, and change leadership.
Acts as a project leader and manager to research best practices, conduct SWOT plans, and make recommendations to key HR executives on the improvements needed to improve existing practices including driving improved solutions through technology. New and improved processes will require structured project management and cross-functional collaboration skills and expertise.
Understands the importance of driving current HR practices to digital transformation as part of the requirements in the job role.
Responsible for leading new initiatives related to HR business intelligence and KPI performance. Must demonstrate the skill in interpreting data and other information to determine return on investment (ROI) and organizational impact in making business decisions and/or recommendations. Reskills and upskills end users in how to use, interpret and act of HR business intelligence.
Plays an active role in merger and acquisition events as it relates to the integration and standardization of human capital practices. Partners closely with key leaders to identify priorities for standardization. May lead specific integrations of HR practices with field and corporate HR Teams. Acts as a troubleshooter and problem-solver to ensure the integration is successful.
Participates in cross-functional committees on enterprise-wide change initiatives as the HR representative of key HR leaders to ensure the principles of human capital are fairly represented and included.
Partners with third-party vendors and consultants on key initiatives related to transformation assignments. Partners closely with the RNDC HR team on education, implementation, and adoption of new and/or improved HR processes and practices. Utilizes strong communication skills to achieve success with the transformation or change initiative.


Seven plus years related HR Management experience at the manager level that includes experience in partnering with key leaders at a field and/or corporate headquarters level. The Manager, HR Transformation role requires knowledge, skills, and experience in the full scope of human capital practices, change leadership, strategic planning, conflict resolution, HCM technology, and HR generalist duties. Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred. Consideration is given for equivalent combination of experience and education.

Must be able to travel periodically for business meetings related to M&A events and HR transformation projects. Must be able to conduct platform-level training and education.
