Overview The Supervisor Credit is responsible for managing the team that prepares credit approval packages for new customers and supports credit needs of existing customers. They will interface with other internal teams and customers to obtain and share relevant information.
Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned:
• Provide guidance to assigned team on how to interpret data to assign credit limits and access risk to minimize bad debt write offs
• Guide the setup and maintenance of customer data to ensure the controls and governance of qualified customers
• Drive team to liquidate working capital within defined terms to hit cash flow forecasts
• Utilize outside vendors to identify appropriate risk data for proper terms and limits according to RNDC customer capacity
• Work with local counsel to liquidate customer alcohol licenses during a business failure for RNDC recovery
• Build, develop, and cultivate assigned team members to enhance RNDC branding
• Coach assigned team members to meet or exceed SLAs to achieve a high customer experience
• Work with manager to manage assigned team members to define KPIs and team goals
• Work with other internal teams to meet customer expectations
Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience of which 3 or more years' job-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. NACM certification preferred. Some travel (less than 10%).
