The salary generally starts at $87,000 up to $100,000.The salary is an estimate based on an applicant's skills and experience.

Summary
RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Warehouse Manager to join our growing Operations team. The Warehouse Manager is an integral member of our operations team and is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.
In this role, you will
- Manages Warehouse and Distribution resources, including personnel decisions (hiring, firing, promotions) with Director of Operations' approval, following company policies.
- Assigns department personnel to meet schedules, ensuring commitments for product receiving, storage, loading, and delivery are fulfilled.
- Coordinates with Sales to ensure accurate and timely product deliveries to customers.
- Oversees security measures, ensuring systems and procedures are functioning to prevent loss and pilferage.
- Ensures inventory items are stored appropriately to maximize product quality, accessibility, and shelf life.
- Trains staff on receiving procedures, documentation, and accurate inventory entry.
- Supervises safe and accurate processing, staging, and loading of sales orders and timely forwarding of documentation to accounting.
- Manages compliance with regulations for delivery drivers and warehouse staff, including safety, vehicle maintenance, and alcoholic beverage handling.
What you bring to RNDC
- Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), particularly in ERP transitions, is essential as we implement Alpha and Manhattan Active.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory agencies such as OSHA and DOT to ensure safety and compliance in all operations.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics across the mainland, Hawaii, and inter-island transfers, including experience overseeing ocean freight product transfers from Oahu to other islands.
- CDL A licensure is preferred to assist with container handling when needed.
- Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse management to support a seamless transition from manual systems.
- Requires a current, valid state driver's license
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to be bonded
- Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state (i.e. TABC License - Texas)
