Position Overview: This role requires a genuine desire and ability to build meaningful relationships through great communication whereas follow through and follow up are the most critical component to success in this position. The person in this role will call on retailers and will work in a coordinated effort with distributor sales teams and delivery teams. This person will be regularly engaged in conversations with retailers and distributors on industry trends, brand opportunities and sales gaps. Success in the role with be based on their ability to work within our sales process; focusing on influencing both retailer and distributor choice through relationships, brand recognition, sampling opportunities and product placement within retail locations. 

Consideration: Must be able to demonstrate a professional track record of excellent organizational, planning, and follow up skills. Candidates should be ready to develop and implement strategies to optimize existing accounts and proactively pursue new business in the State of Tennessee. Candidates should have beverage industry experience, specifically working with DSD distributors, selling into and merchandising independent accounts, as well as managing and expanding regional chain business.   Most importantly, candidates should bring a competitive spirit, winning attitude, and results oriented approach toward pursuing “better” every day.  

Candidates must possess the ability to identify opportunities within the market, recognize the needs of retailers and distributors and communicate ways in which RECOVER 180° can meet those needs. A comprehensive understanding of the roles within the tiers of distribution is required.

**Industry experience is critical. Candidates must enjoy the beverage industry and its many challenges**

Work Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Beverage Distribution Experience, Beverage Supplier Experience and/or Minimum 2 years of Retailer Buying experience.

Must live In market and preferably have existing relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Establish strong and trusting relationship with local Distributor partners to include Sales Reps, N/A Brand Managers, Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers
·       Conducting exciting and interactive bi-annual meetings with Distributor partners
·       Growing sales and distribution through relationships with existing retail partners both On and Off Premise
·       Maximizing Recover 180’s in-store presence through shelf merchandising, placement of product displays/shippers/case stacks and optimizing our POS in retail
·       Track, analyze, and execute markets sales through CRM software 
·       Consistently meet case goal targets with trajectory to grow business quarter over quarter
·       Field marketing execution to include sampling and promotions
·       Initially focusing primarily on maintaining and Improving business with Publix
·       Identifying and going after new relationships in both the On and Off Premise
·       Representing RECOVER 180° at local and regional special events
·       Current relationships with key buyers, accounts, and market competition
·      Grow sales and distribution In Golf Courses and other non-traditional, On-Premise accounts

·       Strong organizational, administrative, and follow up skills

·       Confident interpersonal and presentations skills

Additional Qualifications

·       Live in the Florida market: Tampa, Orlanda, Sarasota, Ft. Lauderdale etc. 
·       Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
·       Travel frequently within the state and up to 20% outside the state to support other markets 
·       Valid driver’s license, driving record, and reliable vehicle
·       Proficiency with computers, specifically Microsoft Office programs
·       Must be at least 21 years of age to apply
