About The Position
Company: 
Founded in 2020, Portfolio Beverages, Inc. (PBI), is a developer and owner of non-alcoholic, functionally enhanced, consumer beverage brands.  Our ownership is comprised of people with backgrounds in marketing, brand development, beverage manufacturing, business operations, and health & wellness.  This position is for our iced tea brand, Real Good Tea.

Position:  
PBI is currently seeking a salesperson for the Greater Atlanta trade area with 2+ years of sales experience that has the mindset to work with a start-up business.  An individual that would be excited to help build out the company.  This position is best suited for someone who will demonstrate an ownership mentality in delivering results against the company’s KPIs in the areas of sales, display merchandising, new account acquisition, and setting up on & off-premise promotions.  Responsibilities are broken down into the categories of sales, promotions and support, and administrative / reporting.

Sales: 
o   Sell to maximize brand growth, grow market share and brand distribution, and to obtain specific volume objectives
o   Build Relationships with Retailers
o   Ensure achievement of annual sales plans for the brand, and support our local distribution partners 
o   Support area retailers to maximize order consistency and frequency 
o   Represent the Company at promotions and special events to promote product sales

Promotions and Support:
o   Build credibility and trust with accounts at buyer and store level
o   Communicate with all distribution partners to assist them in understanding the promotional activity
o   Trains retailers on all aspects of brands: Brand advantages, selling to end consumers, pricing rationale

Administrative / Reporting:
o   Creates, presents, and tracks sales and sales incentive programs to retailers including weekly tracking vs budget, monthly Retailer Performance Reviews
o   Engage in daily/weekly/monthly communication on all brand related initiatives
o   effectively forecast regional sales growth and track results against forecast
o   Maintain accurate sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations
