About The Position
Executive Summary:
Poppi Prebiotic Soda company is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our
growing Operations team. The Customer Service role, working remotely, will be responsible for
managing sales orders and providing unmatched service to our customers, distributor partners
and internal team.

This role demands someone with great communication and problem-solving skills. We’re
looking for someone who’s responsible, personable, detail-oriented and committed to

● Review, manage, enter, and follow up to ensure customer orders are filled accurately
and on time
● Responsible for order entry (combination of EDI and manual entry)
● Handle all .com accounts such as Amazon and Walmart
● Work with Logistics Manager on on-time deliveries and follow up with customers
● Have a working knowledge of the Terms and Conditions for all assigned accounts
● Ensure quantities and products meet customers’ guidelines
● Provide various QuickBooks reports pertaining to sales/customers/sku’s
● Have a working knowledge for all products including but not limited to item numbers and
descriptions, sizes, flavors, case/pallet specifications, availability and warehouse
● Develop and grow trusted relationships with our customers, distributor partners and
internal team

What you bring to the role:
● 4+ years experience in Customer Service
● BS in Business discipline or in Supply Chain
● Competent in Google platform
● Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
● Fundamental knowledge of EDI
● Previous working experience with major retailers (Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, HRB,
Publix, etc.) is a plus
● Fundamental knowledge of Retailers, Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation

● Fundamental knowledge of Inventory Management
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
● Follow-through and tenacity
● Problem-solving mentality
● Multi-tasking with attention to detail
● Ability to work independently as well as in a group
● Commitment to excellent results
● Be proactive and head off issues before they affect customers
