Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Data, Analytics & Insights - Continental Division
The Senior Manager, Commercial Data, Analytics & Insights is a unique, high-profile role that will lead and develop the data driven execution for the Continental Division (franchise markets). Data driven execution is at the center of PRUSA's transformation vision for the sales force of the future, in how we build brands and go to market and delight consumers. This person will be responsible for harnessing the data and insights from the newly created office of transformation and working with the local teams to build actionable programming for the independent trade. They will build out a best-in-class data and insights process to supports sales, the trade and ultimately create consumer conversion. The candidate will have a wide remit to develop new ways of working within Insights, establish a new yearly cadence of Insights deliverables and upskill the organization.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Collaborate with the HQ Data and Insights teams, to create a process for collecting data and insights unique to the Continental Division (franchise) consumers. A key emphasis will be on upskilling the organization and mentorship to instill an insightful, data driven approach to trade excellence at field levelEstablish a mid-and-long-term learning agenda and KPI metric to continue to build a data driven salesforceDirectly support a limited number of high-priority division initiatives; High value target, Jameson Fair Share, US Whiskey InitiativeEstablish a shopper/customer insights practice, which complements the existing customer analytics groupProvide selling tools for field sales that will add value for the trade and ensure we beat the market
Nature & Scope:
The Senior Manager, Data, Analytics and Insights will report to the Division Sales & Operations Director. Primary focus will be on the brand, local shopper, innovation, portfolio insights, but will work closely with analytics, business intelligence and customer analytics. This is a critical role as we transform the organization to improve our execution from Media to Shelf. Given the complex nature of the Continental Division, this role closes the loop between HQ data and insights to the consumer in an independent world of retailers. This person will oversee the process and execution of demand occasion-based programming and communication from HQ brand teams to ensure integrity through to the field. This will improve the relevancy of programs and make them turn-key for the trade with greater success of consumer conversion.
