Position Title: Senior Manager, Transformation Analytics

The Senior Manager, Transformation Analytics, is supporting and managing a new era of performance measurement and investment strategy at PRUSA. The senior manager will beresponsible for managing high priority global and local initiatives touching media, A&P investment strategy, marketing mix modeling, and company / brand performance. The successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and able to manage all the complexities of an advanced analytics project from data to insights. Supporting this candidate will be a network of other teams and agencies.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Working with the Director, manage the Transformation Analytics for Pernod's portfolio of brands, identifying marketing optimization recommendations for the CMO office and brand teams
Manage all aspects of a USA program for A& P performance measurement and optimization, from driving for quality analytics to communicating the results to collaborating with a global team driving similar programs in other markets.
Lead the change management and communication for marketing performance learnings. Prepare and present performance playbooks to marketing teams and executives. Ensure adoption of best practices across Pernod's portfolio.
Design and manage a world class measurement program, including marketing mix modeling, media attribution, category share, AB testing, digital optimization delivering 20% improvements in marketing effectiveness across Pernod's portfolio
Nature & Scope:
The Analytics T ransformation team reports to the V P of Portfolio Growth, alongside Insights, Portfolio Strateg y , Media and Business Intelligence. The focus of this team in year one is to layout a multi-year change roadmap and build a robust portfolio growth model to optimize A& P strategies. In later years, the focus will shift to delivering ongoing insights and recommendations regarding media/A& P investments and executing major milestones in the total roadmap.
The Senior Manager of Analytics T ransformation will be managing the implementation of this change across the o r ganization by leveraging existing data systems to implementing best in class predictive analytics capabilities, and then translating these into usable applications for the Media T ransformation T eam, Finance and Marketing.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree preferable
Experience / Background: 7+ years of experience, with a strong track record of project management, change management, analytics and working with financial and marketing data. CPG or spirits industry experience preferred.
Must have 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics,(Marketing Mix Modeling), media data/media attribution and/or other advanced analytics techniques.
Experience leading measurement framework projects; identifying metrics that matter and implemented reporting to support the framework.
Must be competent in the analytics AND able to communicate outcomes simply, and with confidence.
Must be able to work collaboratively with other stakeholders and be able work closely with both highly technical partners and marketing stakeholders.
Some working knowledge of data visualization systems, IT infrastructure and/or programming languages desirable.
Travel: Occasional Estimate: 10% of time.
