Position Title: Sr. Analyst, RGM
Location: New York, NY (Headquarters)
Position Summary:
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) partners with teams across PR USA to identify revenue opportunities through price optimization, trade spend opportunities and/or promotion efficiency. The RGM Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the rollout of new tools and improving ways of working with the broader finance community and, where possible, the automation of pricing information within the organization. A successful candidate will touch nearly all areas of the organization and acts as a central point of contact for pricing and price systems. They also work with cross functional partners to leverage technology, offshore resources and data management best practices to bring efficiency and visibility to the organization.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Manage the prioritization and workflow of offshore data entry resourcesSupport rollout of strategic projects, partnering with RGM, field and finance teamsImprove understanding of pricing performance and strategy through development of visuals and other reporting toolsSupport training needs on pricing tools and best practices for field sales and finance teamsInternal champion for pricing master data managementLead project work with IT team to support data efficiency and accuracy initiativesContinually look for areas of improvement in processes supporting pricing data administrationNature & Scope:
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management and will interact directly with Pernod Ricard USA sales teams, operations, IT and finance. It is critical for the individual in this role to embrace cross-functional ways of working.
This role leads the accuracy of pricing information across PR USA systems. The impact of the position is foundational to the organization and to the RGM team. The nature of the role requires a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills. A passion for embracing new technologies and fresh ideas for process improvement are critical to success.
Key requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience / Background:
Past roles in sales, finance and/or accountingWork experience of 3+ years with experience in pricing and/or revenue managementAbility to work collaborativelyAn ability and interest in learning new tools and systemsSkilled in excel and other Microsoft office programsWho are we?
