    Job purpose

    The Modern Workplace team is responsible of all IT devices (Computers, Mobiles and Meeting Rooms equipment) that are provided to our Pernod Ricard employees across the Globe, with the ambition to ensure a proper management of their Security, Operating Systems, Applications, and associated Platforms

    The Modern Workplace Engineer will:

    Manage projects to integrate new technologies and recommend changes that support the Business to meet Company goals.

    Primary responsibilities include:

  • Implement technical projects on End-point devices management
  • Provide a high level of expertise, offering an efficient technical support to our IT Stakeholders
  • Drive external partner resources on daily operations, and L3 Support

  • Main roles and responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Implement technical projects that improve our End-points management using our agile methodology
  • Technical expertise for projects covering multiple Modern Workplace, supporting many affiliates.

  • Change Management:
  • Perform testing and evaluations of technologies, plan and manage proper change control procedures for technology & software rollouts on Endpoints.

  • Problem Management:
  • Implement solutions to reduce the reoccurrence of problems across multiple platforms covering many affiliates

  • Security management:
  • Manage the security associated with digital workplace solutions including the associated remote business unit components complying with all audit requirements.

  • Support:
  • Provide assistance / expertise to our External partner for L3 tickets resolutions
  • Ensure operational issues/outages are resolved expeditiously.

  • Continuity Management:
  • Manage the actions to be taken to ensure that IT services can recover and continue should a serious incident occur. It is both a set of reactive measures and proactive measures implemented to reduce risk. The technical agent will assist PRA in executing this process.

  • Knowledge Management:
  • Document common solutions to common problems and communicate them to the Modern Workplace & Local Support teams.
  • Document procedures & troubleshooting articles<

  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage the vendors and services to ensure delivery of service in compliance with the contracted service level agreements.
  • Develop a high partnership with the vendors in order to gather the relevant information.

  • Profile required

  • Education required: BAC+2/+4 (computer science)
  • Language required: Fluent in English

  • Experience / Background:
  • +4 years of previous experience in IT
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service management processes and applications
  • Requires previous experience in the ITIL framework, including but not limited to:
  • Incident Management
  • Problem Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • Security

  • Experience managing significant external service providers and associated relationships
  • Experience successfully implementing agreed technology roadmaps
  • Experience delivering the right services at the right price in a rapidly changing business environment

  • Know-how and tools: (linked to tools/job/method)
  • Strong knowledge of Intune / SCCM
  • Strong knowledge of Patching, Wipe & Load, Servicing Model, Packaging & Application deployment
  • Strong knowledge in Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, iOS, Androids
  • Expert knowledge in Troubleshooting & Support
  • Good knowledge in Network
  • Good knowledge in Cyber Security
