The internship is an excellent learning opportunity for people who want to pursue a career in marketing. The role has exposure to some of our Gin and Canadian Whisky brands. They will be responsible for leading the execution of business processes and activities and providing project support. We are looking for individuals with creativity and a strong attention to detail who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a 12-month contract open to individuals who have graduated from university within one year.
Lead and manage various marketing projects
Coordinate and maintainproduct information
Manage listing applications.Listing Status Master activity grid for various brands.Manage Sell Sheets and Spec sheets - in conjunction with Logistics.Bottle shots / logos etc. (keep up to date, archive old items).
Assist in Budget control and Trade Promotion Management
Issue purchase orders and create and maintain filing system for purchase order, invoices and other documents.Provide support to Brand Manager in the implementation and maintenance of TPM system tool.
Development of monthly scorecards for relevant brands using business analysis tools and sales data.Keep up with website updates.Champion any translation requests.Lead the routine around weekly meetings for business updates with Brand Manager.

Education & Experience (Required and Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Business with a marketing focus preferred.Must have graduated from university within 12 months.Highly computer literate with an excellent. understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
